ICTSI strengthens partnership with SBMA

Representatives from International Container Terminal Services, Inc. (ICTSI), led by Christian R. Gonzalez, executive vice president, called on newly appointed Subic Bay Metropolitan Authority (SBMA) Chairman and Administrator Eduardo Aliño last 22 February to express the company’s support and to discuss matters of mutual interest.
Held at the Subic Bay Freeport Zone, the meeting served as an opportunity to identify opportunities for further cooperation between SBMA and ICTSI subsidiary Subic Bay International Terminals (SBITC), which operates the New Container Terminals 1 and 2 at the Port of Subic.
After the meeting, Mr. Gonzalez, accompanied Chairman Aliño and the SBMA Board of Directors on a tour of SBITC’s facilities, highlighting ICTSI’s commitment to improving the port’s competitiveness and capability to support the supply chains in Northern and Central Luzon. They were joined by Christian Lozano, SBITC chief executive officer, and Justin Tolentino, ICTSI Philippine commercial director.
